• Estimated delivery timelines depend on the shipping address.
• We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, lockdowns, etc.).

 

9. Cancellation, Return, and Refund

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
• Returns are accepted only within 3 days of delivery, with a valid reason and unboxing video.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

 

10. Warranty and Repairs

Our products may come with limited warranty coverage, which is specified in the product manual or warranty card.

Warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage
• Unauthorized modifications or installations
• Electrical damage due to power surge or short circuit
