  • All Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities are covered.
  • Remote regions, hilly terrains, and select union territories may experience extended delivery timelines.
  • If your pin code is not serviceable, our system will alert you during checkout.

2.2 Non-Serviceable Zones

If you reside in a location that cannot be serviced by our courier partners:

  • You may be asked to provide an alternate delivery address.

3. Order Processing Time

Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch (not order date).

  • Tier 2 Cities: 3–6 business days
  • Rural/Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
  • North-East & J&K: 7–12 business days
5.1 Factors That May Affect Delivery Times

6. Shipping Charges

6.1 Standard Shipping

6.2 Cash on Delivery (COD)

8. Address Accuracy and Delivery Responsibility

8.1 Customer Responsibility

8.2 Undeliverable Orders
 

An order may be marked undeliverable if:

10. Packaging and Product Safety

11. Delivery Delays and Resolutions

Despite our best efforts, delivery delays may occasionally occur. If your order:

  • Exceeds the estimated delivery time, please wait for at least 48 hours beyond the scheduled window before contacting support.
  • Is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier partner and offer either a replacement or refund as per the findings.
  • Is delivered but not received, you must report the issue within 24 hours of the delivery status.

 

12. Delivery Upon Installation Requirement

For products that require installation (such as smart switches, panels, or touch modules):

  • Delivery is done first, followed by installation scheduling via a separate team.
  • Delivery timelines are independent of technician visits.

13. Order Receipt & Acceptance

13.1 Upon Delivery

  • Please inspect the package for any physical damage before accepting it.
  • If the package is damaged or tampered with, do not accept the delivery and notify us immediately.

13.2 After Delivery

  • If you discover any issue with the product (damage, missing parts, incorrect item), you must report it within 3 days of delivery.
  • Unboxing video is mandatory to validate claims.

 

14. Shipping During Sales, Holidays & Campaigns

  • During peak seasons, delivery timelines may be extended by 2–5 additional days due to increased demand.
  • We appreciate your patience during festive sales, new product launches, or promotional events.

 

15. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. 16. Lost/Stolen Packages
DearNest is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.
